Jung Il-woo has been confirmed to join the Prime Original drama series Criminal, portraying Takigawa, the mysterious man who holds the key to the story.
Based on the bestselling novel by Ai Ota, best known for writing the Aibou series, Criminal is a gripping crime mystery brought to life by director Daishi Matsunaga, acclaimed for Egoist.
Starring Issey Takahashi, Takumi Saitoh, and Koshi Mizukami, the series unfolds an epic story in which the police, politics, major corporations, and the past become intricately intertwined.
Jung Il-woo’s character, Takigawa, suddenly appears before the protagonists. With his identity and motives shrouded in mystery, he plays a crucial role in leading the story toward its shocking truth.
